Your confirmation of stay will specify a nearby location (such as a petrol station or a restaurant) where you can meet with the homeowner or manager to receive the key from them directly.
It is often advised, on the confirmation of stay, to contact the homeowner or manager by telephone prior to your arrival. This communication is important to ensure a smooth and seamless key transfer process. Regarding the return of the keys upon your departure, you have the flexibility to make your own arrangements with the owner or caretaker to ensure everything is handled efficiently.
