If you are planning to book well in advance, we strongly prefer that you use a bank transfer for the payment of your booking, as this method helps streamline the process.
In order to ensure a correct and timely processing of your payment, we kindly ask you to mention your unique booking number when making the payment. This helps us to match the payment to your booking efficiently.
Please keep in mind that the processing time for your payment via bank transfer may take between 3 to 5 business days. Additionally, it is worth noting that some banks do not process transfers on weekends and holidays, which might cause further delays.
If a bank transfer is not feasible for you, or if you are making a last-minute booking—defined as a booking with an arrival date within 14 days of the booking date—there are alternative payment options available to you.
For a last-minute booking that is placed only a few days before your arrival, you can exclusively pay online. The available online payment options that you can choose from include:
