When do I need to pay?

We expect you to pay the deposit immediately after booking. Alternatively, if you book shortly before your arrival, you are required to make the full payment all at once. The option to pay in one or two installments will depend on the number of days that remain between the booking date and the arrival date.

• If the arrival date is 57 days or more (approximately 8 weeks) from the booking date, you are permitted to pay in two installments. The first installment, which constitutes 35% of the total amount due, must be paid within five days of making the booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than six weeks prior to your arrival.

• If the arrival date is 56 days or less (roughly 8 weeks) from the booking date, you are required to pay the full amount within three days following the booking date. It’s important to note that the payment period becomes shorter as the arrival date approaches.
