How to Request a Refund for Your Booking

Steps to Request a Refund:

  1. Check Your Ticket Type & Cancellation Policy:
    Refund eligibility depends on your fare type and how many hours before departure the cancellation is made.

    • Full refund: For cancellations made at least 7 days before departure

    • Partial refund: For cancellations made 48–6 hours before departure

    • No refund: For cancellations made less than 6 hours before departure or after the ferry has departed

  2. Submit a Refund Request:
    Go to www.seajets.com/contact and fill out the refund request form. Include:

    • Booking reference number

    • Full name of the passenger

    • Email and contact number

    • Reason for cancellation

  3. Attach Supporting Documents (if applicable):
    For medical or emergency-related cancellations, you can upload supporting documents for special consideration.

  4. Wait for Confirmation:
    Once submitted, our support team will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
